There are 11 scheduled tournaments (including Buck and Doe) in 2010. Unless otherwise noted in the schedule, no entry fee is required; however, a cart fee ($14) is required for shotgun tournaments. The Tournament Committee makes all pairings and flight assignments except for the Member/Member tournament. Prizes are paid from EMGA dues. No-shows who do not cancel by notifying the Tournament Committee at least 24 hours before a tournament will be assessed a $10 penalty which must be paid before participating in any subsequent EMGA tournament. You may sign up for a shotgun tournament two weeks before the scheduled event. Sign up in the EMGA Sign Up Book on the Tee Time Desk at EGC, by email to tournament@emgacolorado.org or on the EMGA website at http://emgacolorado.org. You may also call the EGC tee time desk at (719) 333-2606, Ext 3, and ask the attendant to check your name on the Sign Up sheet. You may cancel your sign up in the same way. Walk up registration on the day of a tournament will be accommodated whenever possible. Replacement players for no-shows will be allowed to play in the competition if their handicap index is within plus or minus two strokes of the player being replaced. Make up foursomes will be allowed to play if open tees are available, but will not be entered in the completion.
